Free tender sites; do you want to find tenders for your business without paying high subscription fees?

We realise that subscriptions to tender alert and tender finding services can be costly, especially to smaller businesses. We also realise that these sites often do not capture all opportunities relevant to a particular subscription. So to help you access tender opportunities directly from the buyers that advertise them, we are collating a directory of all the “free-to-register” public sector procurement websites. Using our eSourcing Directory, you can search for the organisations that you wish to work with and find the links to register on their free tender sites. Once registered, many of the portals will then alert you to tender and contract opportunities by sending you email notifications. You can then select those opportunities of interest to your company, express an interest and start bidding!

The directory has been structured on a regional basis. However, there is also a “national” page that contains links to public organisations whose work is not specific to a particular location – such as DEFRA and the Home Office.

Whilst registration on these sites is free of charge, it can take more than a few moments to complete. Registration usually asks for key company information, in addition to codes and keywords for the products and/or services that you supply. It is therefore worthwhile keeping to hand a useful reference document that contains such information – making it easier for you to re-enter your details across multiple sites.

We will continue adding to the directory as we find more portals and sites that are relevant to public sector tendering. If you find any that we have not listed, please email them to us or use the “quick contact” form at the bottom of the page and we’ll get them listed on the next refresh.

Take a look at the directory now by accessing it through our “Additional Services” menu, or by following this link:  https://tendervictory.co.uk/additional-services/esourcing-directory/
