We are delighted to report that in early August 2026, Jennifer Jane Law acquired Tender Victory Ltd.
Early in 2026, Vicki decided it was the right time to step away from the business, largely so she can help grow her husband’s CIC business, which is entering its third year.
In seeking the right pair of hands to continue delivering a high standard of bid and tender writing services to clients of the business, Vicki was delighted when Jennifer Jane Law stepped forward. Like Vicki, Jennifer has a strong background and career in public sector procurement, making her the perfect fit for the future of Tender Victory.
A few words from Jennifer:
Vicki and I first met in 2018, on opposite sides of the same tender. I was running a procurement programme for the Department for Education, supporting schools and trusts across the South West, and several of Vicki’s clients were bidding for these tenders.
I have spent more than 11 years in public sector procurement, most of it inside various public sector departments including the Ministry of Defence, the Department for Education, the Department for Work and Pensions, NHS and Land Registry. That work ran the full cycle: building the tender pack, crafting the quality questions, setting the evaluation criteria, moderating the scoring and awarding the contract. I have read a great many bids from the buyer’s side of the table, and I know what separates the ones that score from the ones that do not. Since 2024 I have also run Tendigo, a consultancy advising businesses on whether public sector work is right for them and where to aim.
That is the perspective I am bringing. Vicki has built something with a client base that comes back year after year, and protecting that is my first job.
